I went inside the crossroads location to pick out an insulated cold cup. I needed to ask a question regarding lids to make a decision. I asked a girl who was passing out samples if she could help. She said she had just started working there but would ask someone for me. She came back & was helpful in helping me decide. I appreciated her kindness!

What is going on with the Frappuccino’s . This is the third time there isn’t any crushed ice in my drinks. It’s watery. Yuck. Also I asked for half whip and got no whip. I’m just going to stop going to Starbucks. So tired of the drinks being wrong. For as much as they charge it should be better than this.

I’m a Starbucks junkie, I go daily. Typically Starbucks is a place full of upbeat staff, However this one in particular has the least friendliest staff working. They Hardley speak to you from the moment you come in the door. This is my 2nd time stopping in and I probably will drive the extra miles up the road to be on a happier environment going forward.

I ordered 2 Grande Caramel Ribbon Crunchs. Both with Almond Milk. 1st no whip at bottom. 2nd Double Blended, Add Shot and no whip at bottom. I gave a tip at the window before our drinks were handed to us. Both had no whip, not double blended and added shot unlikely. The barista looked into our car and was not happy. 1st she put whip but no caramel and crunch. Then we asked for caramel and crunch. Usually they drizzle the bottom with idk but that’s so good and that didn’t happen. Hopefully next time or maybe we won’t go to that location again.

I’ve personally never had bad service at any Starbucks in any state or location. Although, I’ve gained enough experience with coffee to know Starbucks isn’t coffee. It’s mainly for people who like milkshakes. If you want a better quality coffee go to the smaller chains.

The local store just opened a few months ago. We have the app and it’s really easy to order ahead so you won’t need to wait. They are always busy, especially around breakfast and lunch. Our go to order is a Venti Late with almond milk, Venti Caramel Macchiato with skim milk and only two pumps of caramel.

This Starbucks always makes my drink just right and has the friendliest staff. I made the mistake of getting my drink from another location when I knew I would be close to this one later on. Fast forward to me pulling into this drive thru to ask if I could pay for some add ins in a cup to fix my drink from the other location and the Cross Roads store insisted on making me a new drink for free. Superb customer service and barista skills. Thank you!
