When I went there this morning there was a guy behind the counter. I don’t know if he was new or not it’s been a while since I’ve been there. I asked him for a caramel ribbon crunch it normally comes cold but I asked me if he could make it hot and he said no. Not a big deal I guess other places can do their drinks hot and cold there should be a way. So I asked him to make something similar but in hot. He said he would make a caramel something and add in a few of the ingredients that the caramel ribbon crunch hats. I said cool he rang me up and I paid. As he’s making the drink he looks over at me and says I just don’t think they’re going to like it. I’m going to make it how I would normally make it as a frappuccino but I’m going to try and make it hot but I don’t think they’re going to like it. So he changed up the drink order in the middle of making the drink and then inform me that we weren’t going to like it. I asked for my money back and I took my business elsewhere. First time I’ve been there in a while last time I’ll ever be back. It’s extremely unprofessional to tell someone they’re not going to like the drink that they ordered especially when they changed up the order in the middle of making the drink

Went in about 8:30p today and asked for a caramel frap and the girl rudely said “I ain’t doing no more blended drinks”. Said she didn’t have anymore sweet cream either with an attitude. I understand it was maybe 30 mins before closing, but say that nicer next time instead of having a rude attitude. Every time I see that girl in there, definitely going to be avoiding it. So much for my bday drink :/

The associate in the morning additive so bad I’d rather drive further to get the FULL customer service experience. She doesn’t even acknowledge you while standing there like Starbucks usually do. I hope more cheerful employees eventually work here she clearly does not. The associate with (Glasses)

This spot used to be pretty good, but now it’s just disappointing. They’re frequently out of supplies and don’t voice/offer alternatives. There’s just a general attitude of ‘We don’t have it, so whatever.’ A customer has to play the 20 Questions game just to possibly find a substitution beverage. Additionally, their employees are unfriendly. Actually, some of them are downright rude. I recently encountered a girl named Josilyn who had a snarky attitude and gave poor customer service. It was like she didn’t want to be working there and any interaction with customers was a chore, and she made sure you knew it. Very off-putting. I doubt I’ll return here again unless it’s out of desperation, but I certainly won’t be recommending this location to anyone.

Horrible Employees. One girl with partly green hair and pigtails is always so rude. I notice that she has the “what do you want?!” Attitude with every customer. I never went back after like the 3rd time. At first I understood, because everyone has bad days but good God… she ruins my mood

The people here are normally super sweet, but they mess up on my drinks every single time I come out to this location. Today I got a venti and the cup wasn’t even half way full. There has been times were I got the wrong drink or the wrong size entirely. I used to love going to this location but now I rather drive to the other side of town the spend my money on somthing that I dont even want.

I normally get my coffee and do my shopping at the Kroger on 380 but was closer to the loop today. A couple ladies were in front of me in line, no problem. When I got to the counter the employee told me “There’s a nine drink wait.” And just kind of looked at me. I felt like I should just leave, so I did! Now I’m at the Kroger on 380. I’ll just stick to what I know.
