This Starbucks was noticeably clean and quick with our drinks. Good tasting, well-made coffee and the servers were very pleasant to deal with. We did come at a down time but I don’t have any complaints about the place. A typical Starbucks experience. I ordered the new oat milk apple crisp coffee and it was spot on.

Love this location! I don’t go very often, but when I do the workers are total sweethearts. I was having a pretty rough day this last time I went, and the cheerful girl with the all the tattoos in drive through asked me if I was ok. Then she handed me my drink and told me it was on her that day because I was having a hard time. The workers at this location seem like they care about their customers, which is why I only go to this location.

Been getting door dash from here for a while and today they gave me no caramel of any kind in either of my drinks. One of them being a caramel ribbon crunch. Utterly disappointed because I spent over $20 paying extra for caramel when I have none in either drink. If y’all are out of caramel you need to communicate it to the customer. I have a medium frappe and large shaken espresso that tastes as sad as it looks. Normally I’m not one to complain bc I understand things happen but there’s no excuse for this lack of care.

Mercedes is amazingly helpful and a joy to interact with at the counter! She has phenomenal recomendations and award winning customer service skills. She will go above and beyond gorher customers and her team. While making my dribk I also witnessed her assist her coeorkers in drive thru and volunteer to stay an extra 30 minutes after her shift to help. She is a great example of a starbucks employee.
