The card reader was down and my app wouldn’t work but with the AMAZING and FRIENDLY customer service from the girl at the drive thru window on 7/1/23 @8pm I was able to get my drink! SHE MADE MY DAY!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

This Starbucks location has been my all-time favorite! Since their grand opening, my wife and I have become regulars to this Starbucks. Every time we have gone for our Chai Tea lattes, they provide excellent and friendly service! After a few visits, they knew us by name. Sebastian, and Tanner they are some of the bests on their team. If you’re in the area, check this place out!

The morning crew is struggling to get orders out in under 15 minutes and the continued prioritization of online orders over customers ordering and standing in the store is a stupid policy by Starbucks and should be changed.

The only issue I have with this location is the amount of fruit flies swarming at any given moment. This is a newer location so they may want to address that issue before it becomes extremely problematic. Other than that, great location!

Not a fan of Starbucks coffee but I did want to say that this is the best Starbucks in DFW. Our Midlo Starbucks has the nicest baristas and they are always so kind whenever I went to grab a coffee or an order for something. Just wanted to give ‘em a shoutout and say they are awesome!
