Always great customer service, however lately I have been receiving coffee only filled up half way. Ordered 2 cups of coffee this morning and both cups only had half a cup of coffee each. The quality and quantity of my orders have been going down since I started coming to this location.

I have been going to this location for years and ever since they got a new manager AND district manager, things have gone down hill. The workers who were once excited, friendly, going above and beyond are now seemingly depressed, tired, and trying to hold it together. They are, and have been, firing talented, hardworking people who have been there for years. Also, it takes 20 minutes to get a drink, and nobody knows what they are doing up there anymore.

If I could give the service a -100 I would, their store manager Anna is the most unprofessional, immature and uneducated person I have ever come across! Truly a disappointment and sad actually to have such a poor individual be a “store manager”. She makes things personal when a paying costumer complains about her store and how she “runs” it. The drinks are never consistent, the wait is always the longest wait and her lack of taste in which she speaks to costumers is highly concerning to say the least. She needs a lot of help.

Stopped by here for the first time the other day to pick up a coffee through the drive through and they gave me a dirty cup. Not sure how they got stains all over the outside of the cup and not sure why they would give dirty cups out.

Very nice store. Indoor and out door seating. Clean restrooms. Our cashier was NOT friendly. I almost gave this store a 4 star rating because of this but the rest of the staff was friendly and our drinks were made properly and were super yummy.

The least friendly Starbucks I have ever been too. Clearly they need retraining. My husband always gets a cold brew was vanilla sweet cream. Tell me why we got a cup full off milk and like a splash off cold brew. This was so nasty. I ran out of time to go back and fix it. But they were so rude and no one talked to us in the window just put the drink out. No interaction. I’ll stick to my normal location and never come back here. Drive further next time!

Went in and informed them I have an allergy and the cashier was clueless on what do or say, she turned to ask the “manager” with pink hair. I repeated myself to the said manager. Told her what ingredients I can’t have. She just replied “ I don’t know if it’s in anything” and walked off. Another girl stepped in and just kept saying she didn’t know what was in anything they offered. I told her thanks but I’d go elsewhere. If they can’t bother checking the ingredients or worry about cross contamination that is a red flag.
