The pizza had very little sauce and very little cheese. It was horrible. What little bit of cheese that was on the pizza was sticking to the dough because of the lack of sauce. The cheese had absolutely no pull. It didn’t string at all when you pull a piece out of the box. What a rip off!!! The breadsticks came at the same time as the pizza. So much for it being an appetizer. This place needs help. I’m not a happy customer. 2 drinks, I stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and a small breadstick order with extra sauce $36.94.

I like ordering here even though it’s slow sometimes but food is usually great however tonight when I was not with my family they ordered pick up and waited I believe an hour and fifteen min. The one pizza they got was made wayyyyy earlier in the evening; and the rest of the food made at a diff time and they were given it all together. None of the kids wanted the pizza.
I work at a pizza shop myself and this is Unacceptable. If I wasn’t working I’d call now but I also am not calling cause she said u were busy so okay, but I wanted to document this cause imma call tomorrow to complain. I work very busy nights and one very first things u know to do is put all the food in for an order together. Not different times.
It’s also one thing to be warned how long it will take to wait another to say fifteen min and wait over and hour and a half with three kids and only one parent.

Had a delightful experience. the establishment was clean, the food came out fast, hot, cooked well, and yummy Paige was an excellent server. Friendly, welcoming, and attentive.

I remember a time when going to pizza hut was a big deal. Dim lighting, a salad bar for miles, table cloths, and those giant translucent red cups are just a few examples of great family memories. The pizza, as well as the service, was top notch. It actually felt like a fancy night out. Imagine that. Fast forward to today’s pizza hut. I’m reviewing kittanning ‘s, but I am sure all apply. Simply put, the prices went way up, the service way down, and the quality farther down still. Please, corporate, send Faith to be checked by a physician for brain function issues. Her lack of managerial skill is only overshadowed by her complete carelessness of her customers. Her career choice of a “before” model in a before and after plastic surgery portrait would have still been a challenge, yet clearly a more achievable goal. I shan’t be calling again. And what a ridiculous response from corporate only proving my point that there is no care given to their customer base. “Hope to see you again??” Seriously? If you took the time to read or listen to the issues and not send responses that insult my intelligence, maybe that would turn into revenue. I’m not sure which is more disgusting, the product or corporate malevolence. The response repetition is also a red flag of apathy towards a loyal base of customers. Do better or fail. It’s up to you, Hut.

My wife and I ordered food tonight from here, and we are both EXTREMELY sick. Instant food poisoning. I should have known when we started eating the sauce tasted off… Almost rancid.
I’m not sure what the kitchen situation is up there, but something is awfully wrong. This isn’t the first time I have heard people getting sick from here. I thought I’d gamble tonight and man did we lose. It’s gonna be a long night. NEVER again! BEWARE.

I took my grandchildren tonight for dinner. New way at this restaurant is order and pay before you sit down. No fountain drinks, bottles only. Our shoes stuck to the sticky floors as we walked to the dinning room. The floors were so filthy you could see they had not been scrubbed in well’ maybe weeks. I would Not let either of my grandchildren go to the bathrooms.
Everything delivered in there boxes, not really hot at all. Barely warm. I did leave a tip for the young man who was handling money, boxing food and serving with out any gloves to protect germs.
My opinion, the place was filthy, if the floors were that dirty and sticky, you can’t help but wonder weather the dishes and ovens are cleaned to Standards for a restaurant, bathrooms as well.
We will not be back. So many other pizza places with excellent pizza.

The breadsticks/pizza were cooked to perfection. The workers especially the manager were so friendly and helpful. My wife was not a fan of pizza hut from past experiences. My son and I convinced her to give this one a try and she is hooked. We’ve ordered 3 times from this pizza hut and she is now a fan again!

The manager, Paige was super nice. She also served our table as there was an evening callout. She was very attentive and polite. I will visit this location again because of the service that she gave. Great worker and the pizza, breadsticks and melt were awesome! Straight out of the oven, so give it a minute to cool off. Reading some of the negative reviews, I had the complete opposite impression. It was clean and quiet. A nice private date night. Great workers help so much!
