I don’t understand the tipping culture today. I did drive thru, ordered what I wanted and they gave me the food and took my payment. How does that equate to giving them a tip? There doing the basic requirement of their job. There not going above and beyond. I also feel that it’s the corporation’s job to take care of their workers. There is no Starbucks, if all the workers quit. I feel like tipping should be reserved to sit down restaurants.

I’m seriously so confused.. we waited in line for 56 mins and there were a hardly any cars. We weren’t even able to get out of line just trapped. I’m sorry, but having to pay full price for an hour wait for 2 cold brews and two muffins is insane. I get being understaffed but if it’s to that level the store realistically needs to be closed for the day.

Truly appreciate the staff that went above and beyond today, and gave me great customer service. They were so kind and generous! I am excited to go back to this location again and grateful for their service! Unfortunately, I cannot remember the young lady’s in the drive thru but she was phenomenal and so understanding! I arrived at approximately 10 am. and found a clean and crisp atmosphere. This Starbucks had little traffic. I found wide open spaces with a friendly experience and professional customer service. Coffee and snacks are always delicious and mouth-watering. Go visit, I’m sure you’ll like it.
