Cold brew drinks usually are watered down and never made correctly. Went to the sunnyvale location, and i had never had a sweet cream cold brew so good. Been disappointed every time i’ve gone to this location in the past month or two. I shouldn’t have to add things to my 6 dollar drink when I get home.

If I could give a 0 , I would. To start with, bad services and unprofessional employees. These employees didn’t acknowledged me when I can in, they were so busy talking with other people. It seem that one was talking to a boyfriend or something. This guy came in and suddenly, one of the employee went and sat with him in the lobby. While the other was talking and paying too much attention to this girl, seem to be related to one of the employee. These employees were rude, I order two drinks and two cake pops. There was nobody in the lobby or other customers waiting for their drink but it took so long to get my drinks and on top of that, one drink was done wrong. The cake pops I order one of the girls just drop the on the table and didn’t say anything. Very terrible experience, no longer buying in this place.

Every Saturday and Sunday me and my wife go to Starbucks and overall it’s not that bad The customer service is great!!! They really get you in and out and they make sure that you the paying customer always has good coffee In the past I’ve had coffee that I didn’t like and with no problem at all took it back and remade it no rude looks didn’t need to explain anything just didn’t like it and bamm!! It was remade thanks forney Starbuck workers you all do a great job by far better then any other starbucks I’ve been too keep up the great work and thanks for the great coffee week after week I highly recommend this Starbucks to all clean customer service is a 10 and coffee is on point 10 thanks

The staff is more concerned with one another and when they are not talking amongst themselves they are oblivious to customers that walk in. The staff I dealt with had limited knowledge of the products or how to make them. These people don’t understand competing companies are coming to town that will get things right. Unless they want to join the list of another boarded up Starbucks management needs to fix things.

If you want to wait an hour at the drive thru then you’ve come to the right place. Sitting at the call box with out a simple “hello we will be right with you” nope. We had to say hello hello for someone trto finally say something 15 minutes later. This location is going down fast. Either build another location or hire more people with better training.

If I could give a zero, I would. Don’t waste your time and money coming to this location, the staff is very rude and unprofessional! First off horrible customer service, dirty people don’t know how to respect customers. Floor and tables are dirty. Garbage is overflowing. the “store manager” i talked to today was extremely rude for no reason. i work for starbucks and have never experienced that type of anger and attitude right off the bat for no reason. i don’t know if she was actually the “store manager” or just a shift manager. she was blonde and just came at me with an attitude right off the bat then wanted to tell me to “calm down”. i didn’t even get what i came to the store for and just left.
