I specifically ordered a TRENTA Mango Dragonfruit w/ LITE lemonade, NO ICE, a lemon loaf, & a venti cup of ice. The Hispanic guy at drive thru window states, “SMART! I know what you are trying to do!” Then as I pull up to get my order he tries to play me with A GRANDE mango dragonfruit & A TRENTA cup of ice! Lol Moral of the story, give me what I requested specifically…what I paid for. You dnt get PAID to think for me NOR retaliate because I ordered smart & SPECIFIC! Do your job and provide legendary customer service instead of trying to antagonize the CONSUMER!#REFUND

They didn’t make my drink right a caramel ribbon crunch is not a caramel frapp … I get the general coffee is the same but they are made diff as far as toppings and the added whipped cream and crunchy stuff on top.. many locations seem to give u the other as if it’s the same .. it’s not .. and rather than fix my drink she shut the window Said something to another employee they look at me and then hands me the same drink with toppings… Still, drink wasn’t made correctly. As a frequent Starbucks goer and I go for multiple drinks multiple times a week… I was pretty disappointed

Very good service and the coffees are always on point. My only issue is that their drive through is always packed(and not really their fault which is why I did not dock them a star). However if you order ahead through their mobile app they are always on time.
