I love this area! Seems like everything around here is nice. The experience I had at this location was so nice! The store itself was so welcoming upon driving up. The staff was friendly and ready to serve. They all had such good attitudes! A rarity these days. I wished I had remembered the young lady’s name who made our lattes. She made it perfect! I was sad I didn’t get the grande. We also ate a breakfast sandwich that was pretty decent. After getting our order, we elected to sit outside on the patio. There were ample seating and comfy outdoor patio type tables and chairs as well. Thumbs up to the staff for such a nice experience and clean environment!

We got to the Starbucks June 21st at 7:50 10 minutes before closing I understand being excited to close but it is unacceptable to leave customers waiting at the drive through waiting to order during working orders. Then we went around at 7:55 and doors were locked this is unacceptable to close early via work hours . Hopefully management disciplines the staff

I’ve given this Starbucks multiple chances and they have failed tremendously . staff is friendly – that’s fine, however as the consumer.. I’m going there for coffee. I order the most simplest things off the menu and not even customized and it tastes awful. Ex. A brown sugar shaken expresso- immediately by the color of the drink you can tell that it will be awful. The baristas need more training.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a Caramel Frappuccino Crème based was cut off while ordering(which was very rude)and she said” You want a caramel frappe? Ok! I’ll see you at the window.” I gave very specific details as to how I wanted it made and not just a regular Caramel frappe. I was given a drink that had coffee in it and wonder why. I returned the drink and advised it had coffee rather than being cream based and she laughed held the drink for a few seconds on the other side of the register(as if I didn’t see) and gave it right back. I drove around to the inside to request a refund and come to find out she put my order in as a Caramel Ribbon Crunch and that would explain why they wouldn’t remake it and give me what I asked for because it was never put in correctly.

Absolute chaos, long wait time for all customers and several asked repeatedly if they could please be served, employees working hard but seemingly ineffective, very noisy in the kitchen area, seems that a link or two was missing in the process chain. Eventually they sorted it out but was an unpleasant experience for all.

Im from out of town and visited this starbucks 2 days in a row. I will give the 2 stars to the staff as they were really nice per usual. Different staff both days. However, their coffee BURNT. I first ordered my usually brown sugar shaken espresso. I knew immediately when I saw the color of my drink that it was not going to be the best one I’d ever have. But I was in a rush so I took it anyways. It tasted like a cigarette ash tray. The next morning, I opted to try the new cold brew, thinking they couldn’t mess that one up. The cream on top was so good but when I tasted the coffee….BLAH! I didn’t finish either drink.

Barista was very rude when I asked about Matcha. She told me they were out and I asked her if I should go buy some for her at the local Kroger because I’m tired of these places being out of stuff that they are doing promotions on be prepared and be professional I guess I will be going to scooters when they open because Starbucks has lost their magic.
