This location has the worst service ever! This is Starbucks is closest to my home and is on the way to my job, I go here every morning. Everyday I spend 20 minutes in the drive-through, no exaggeration! The employees are slow and don’t move with a sense of urgency when it’s busy, the other day I spent 15 minutes in the drive-through and it didn’t move at all so I left the drive-through and went inside, when I got inside cars were honking from the drive-through, the employees were just giggling and making fun of the people honking saying they should “calm down and chill”. On a different occasion, I wasn’t given my change in the drive-through. I could go on and on about the issues I’ve had. The management really needs to do better in this location and hire a handful of new staff.

On first time visiting this location, I had the best taste of my favourite drink version, and great service. As normally the employees would leave the ordered drink at the pick up side, the barista was so kind to bring my drink to my table while I was working. The girls behind the counter were having fun while doing their job. Thank you for giving me a good experience.

So I came to this location that’s closer to my job and they made my drink again very nice employee said no problem and made it for me. Thank you guys for being so kind and helpful. Today I order a coffee, but it take more than 15 mins to get it. They are not even doing my order , they just chilling and talking there , there is like 6,7 worker, they are not even doing any order they just stand there. Once I see they doing my order , it only take 30 seconds , I don’t know what to say , but here definitely need to take care the customer order first and they can chilling or whatever. Hope you guys work on it.

First they ran out of everything, tried 3 items and failed. Then we ordered simple large cappucino. When I tried to reheat it at home opening the lid. Its even less than half of the large cup making the quantity even less than a tall one. Really disappointed with the service.
