I’m a Starbucks fan and always purchase their iced white mocha. My morning ritual begins with this Starbucks beverage and has for many years. Aside from the necessary shots of espresso, this morning cup of wonder is smooth, cool, and comforting. Much like an ice tea is for summer or a cup of hot chocolate is for winter months, this morning coffee eases me into the day, gets my neurons firing, and my blood pumping and does so gently. Yes, espresso is more of a kick to my system, but at my age and my years of drinking this beverage, I need a good kick.

Currently 10 minutes into waiting on 4 plain coffees to be poured. Customer service is lacking. Honestly this is the least Starbucks atmosphere I have ever experienced. It’s sad that we are here from out of state and just wanted good coffee. So far all I’ve gotten is attitude and incorrect wait times. I would say this location is a miss, and there is much room for growth.

I am surprised by the overall low rating of this Starbucks. Perhaps this is the lowest I’ve seen anywhere. I’ve been to dozens of Starbucks from Seattle to Shanghai and I’ve never seen one this low. Perhaps it’s because it’s directly across from Norman high school. I now notice that most of the low ratings are complaining about the crowds and the slow service. It is very difficult to serve quickly and to customize almost every order. When we arrived the drive-through was busy but inside was almost empty. I found the cashier/barista friendly, engaging, professional and completed our order accurately.

My daughter and I were very pleased. Very fast and friendly. My daughter asked what the lady recommend to drink and so she ended up with some dragon fruit drink and loved it. So whoever the lady was thank you for being so kind to my daughter she loved the drink!
