We stopped at this location on a road trip, just driving through town. I used the order ahead option on my app and picked it up through the drive-thru. My drink was great, but the friendly guy at the window made our stop in Hot Springs a positive one. My mom mentioned “that young man at Starbucks” numerous times in the following days. Keep doing what you’re doing. Kindness does make all the difference. 🙂

Coffee and lemon cake were fine but the overpriced sausage cheese and egg sandwich was put way to long in the microwave and was unbelievable hard could not even bite into it!!!!! For $5 for a microwave hard breakfast sandwich I suggest you go anywhere but here.

My wife was treated terribly at this location this afternoon. I had to stand by and watch it in live action. I was surprised to see this is the customer service that they provide. This is our second time at this location. Both expirences were not the best but today was really bad. I ordered a Grande White Chocolate Mocha. My wife ordered her drink and it was made wrong. Bre intensified the whole situation and was extremely rude. Not sure why this girl is angry but she’s over the top. Definitely has some issues. I honestly don’t know how my Wife kept it together. Very disrespectful individual. It’s a wonder how they have customers with her there. Judging by the previous reviews she’s been a problem for awhile. Corporate was called on this matter. If anyone has an issue similar to what I witnessed today call Corporate and report this location. I hope they can figure out what customer service Intels.

Bri has the worst customer service. She is rude to all her coworkers and customers. I refuse to allow her to make anything for me. Time after time I have witnessed her poor behavior. You can’t engage her there is no point in saying anything. She definitely doesn’t care and has got away with this for along time. Everyone in the shopping center by this location knows her for her attitude problem. To make matters worse they let her train new hires. This might be why they need so much help. I’d be humiliated if I was her parent. I hope she wasn’t raised to be so angry. Unfortunately if you want Starbucks here if this location or Central. Bri from the angry girl in the glasses. You’ll know her!!! Just look for the smelly attitude.

The employees are absolutely to die for! They are sweet, carry conversation well, make amazing suggestions that made my order taste amazing, and remembered my name from the previous day! The lobby is very clean and comfortable, which made the experience even more amazing. I love coming here to get my work done or hang out with friends, and I highly recommend this location for others to enjoy as well!

I had the worst customer service this morning from a young girl name BRI that was working the window at the Starbucks at 1225 Albert Pike road. Never in my life have I been talk to that ugly and rude over a simple question over a pink drink. I would be embarrassed if I knew my 27 or 25 year old daughter and son was speaking to customers the way she did me. People including myself spend WAY to much money when visiting Starbucks to be treated this way. I usually have the best experience at both locations. This young lady needs lots of training and customer skills before working a window or drive thru dealing with the public. And yes corporate has been notified.
