Our party of four had a lovely dinner. Our server, Tim, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and service oriented. The mushroom soup and borscht were excellent And the steaks and sides were very good. No question, we will be back to the pavilion. Also, prices were very fair.

Overall food tastes bad and the service is super slow. We went for a dinner and after we ordered it took almost 30 minutes to get our first dish – Tuna Tarte. And this is the most salty tuna tarte i have ever had – Not recommended. and the main dish Beef stroganoff taste ok but literally just beef over egg noodles nothing extra or special. The chicken Kebab and the side rice taste very bland and small portion for the price. And there is only one waitress so nobody ever checks with you how is the food and always have to wait for a long time if you ask for something. Not a pleasant experience and will not come back in the future.

I should have checked the reviews before ordering and I would have saved myself from also having a negative experience.
The kebob portion was very skimpy, and none of my diestary requests on the online order were followed. I specifically requested no croutons due to being gluten-free, yet the salad arrived completely covered in croutons and the salad dressing was missing, not to mention it was nothing more than chopped romaine (and croutons) and unimpressive. Other requests were also ignored. It was truly disappointing to have paid good money for such a bad experience.
I understand that mistakes happen, but what was most disappointing was the complete lack of customer care afterward. When I called, I was told someone would call me back — that never happened. When I called again, the only response I received was a simple “sorry,” with no effort to fix the issue or make things right. That lack of concern is what was truly over the top.

We had dinner at 5pm on a Thursday and there were only two other people in the restaurant. Look of the place was nice. Some soft music would have been good. The silence accentuated the emptiness.
The food was absolutely delicious. Bruschetta and mushroom soup were fantastic. Loved the beef stroganoff… but I’m pretty sure I ordered the romanoff beef stew. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing by mistake. Perhaps they shouldn’t be right next to each other on the menu.

Horrible experience and no actions for their mishaps.
Even though I called twice, I was not told there would NOT be a full dinner menu before (not during) a concert.
Food took forever and came out cold.
Service was slow and we were not closed out when asked, while others were served faster.
Most of all, we were charged double for a bottle of wine and were not told ahead of time of the “concert price”. Even though this was before a show and not in that room. And no refund was given when asked after.
& 20% was added for a table of 2, on top of all of this!
While I wanted to return for the full menu, I absolutely will not.

Very delicious food, nice quiet and relaxing atmosphere, good service. They have a very extensive menu with lots of fantastic options. The prices are very reasonable for the high quality of food, although you do have to ask if they have all the options before deciding on something because they may not have it depending on the time and day. The portions are very generous, most options come with 2 sides and the items that do not come with sides just don’t need them, they’re big on their own. Ordered the Beef Stroganoff, because I just had to, and it didn’t disappoint, very tasty and incredibly heavy! The bread prior to the meal is a nice touch as well.

Right from the beginning, the entrance was blocked with a trash can and a cart. We ordered the mushroom soup, veggie burger, beef stroganoff, and chicken.
The burger was burnt, with one side of the bread black and the other side untoasted. We also ordered coffee and never received it.
I felt bad for the waiters, because they treated us politely, but were clearly not trained well and didn’t what they were doing.
Overheard the manager berating someone next to us. Never coming here again.
