Always kind and efficient. Our drinks come out just how we like it. They also ensure everyone has the best experience. If there are any rude customers in line outside who continuously honk or cut people off, they handle it. It’s very considerate. No one wants to be waiting in line with someone who is obnoxious and ruining the atmosphere.

I ordered a cinnamon caramel cream nitro cold brew in the drive thru. Drove off. Tasted it. Turned around and went back. The line was super long and so was inside. So I left. This drink tasted like straight up coffee, with cinnamon on top! So disappointed. Not going back! Wasted my money for sure.

I actually had a pleasant experience with Starbucks! It’s been so long since this had happened. My local coffee place is shut down right now and this location was just up the road. The workers were hard at work but super friendly! The wait was long but the drinks were made perfectly, nothing came out wrong. Way to go at this location!!! I will come back soon!!! Thank you for redeeming yourself Starbucks!

I come to this location almost daily bc they’re the only place that seems to be able to make my drink correctly. Always greets their customers with a smile on their face and a happy attitude. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. They absolutely made my day by giving me my favorite drink, made perfectly, on Valentines Day . If there’s ever an issue, they have always gone above and beyond to fix the problem. Who ever the manager is at this particular location has their ducks in order and it shows!! At first, I was not going to leave a review, but after thinking about it, I feel compelled to. I had an odd experience at this location yesterday in the drive-through. I came with my mother who has a permanent stutter from a stroke and almost fatal seizure. She was struggling to pronounce the name of the drink, but it was still very legible. While she was saying it incorrectly, you could clearly understand what she was trying to order. The first person on the speaker appeared to be making fun of her. They kept repeating the drink back the way, my mother was saying it, and stating they did not have that drink. Another person jumped on to what I assume was a manager saying there was a miscommunication the employee just thought they were sold out and they received a shipment. After getting home I thought about it more and that just did it makes sense because the employee was repeating a drink they didn’t have. Maybe I’m wrong, but it seemed like the other person was just trying to prevent it from escalating. All I know is I no longer feel comfortable bringing my mother there.

Went thru Drive thru and ordered a Venti Carmel Frappe chino. After I was down the road and took my first sip….Lord it tasted like an espresso. Didn’t have an Carmel taste at all. It tasted like a sugar free foamy espresso.

We came from out of town. Worst customer experience in my life. I placed a mobile order. When I arrived no one greeted us and completely ignored us. We got our drinks, but needed three drink slips. They ignored us when we asked. Finally a girl brings 1 when we asked for three. So we told her we needed two more and she brought 1 again. When we asked for one more she ignored us along with everyone else. Will not be returning to this Starbucks.

Vanessa working the drive thru widow was rude from the beginning. She stated that we’re out of sweet cream cold foam which is no biggy but then when I asked for a refund just for the sweet cream I was charged for she got an attitude and was very rude to us.
