Worst experience with drive thru, the guy who took the order is not qualified to work in this place, I ordered the Nachos Party Pack Veggie and 2 bean burritos, I got 2 beef grande nachos box, I told him why you haven’t told me that you don’t have the family pack” he said that is the same quantity “ So why do you have it on your menu then !!! and even the bean burritos I ordered turned to be beef burrito” do you believe it “ !! Very dissapointed. I was the only customer that was in there no one in the drive through either and they still couldn’t get my order right. I asked for a crunchwrap no tomatoes and it looked like they made it with tomatoes but then took them out but there was still a couple in there. The wrap was as if a brain dead child did it(wouldn’t stay together, the middle was open and the whole thing was falling apart) it was also barely grilled for like 2 seconds. I was the only customer and they couldn’t do the job right. They need to retrain their cooks so they make the food up to standard. Won’t be going back here I guess. The only reason they are not getting 1 star is because the manager/cashier was super friendly.
