Coffee, as always DELICIOUS.. Lemon cake also. However the server seemed to have a nasty attitude. I asked for the cake to remain in the wrapper, and she was handing me one open. She threw the cake on the window seal and walked away. She was throwing things in the back and then had an attitude because she rang me up incorrectly. This is the first time I ever had this experience at any Starbucks. Horrible.

Convenient location and never gets order wrong. They have indoor/outdoor seating and drive through. They can have long lines via drive through which blocks customers vehicles who are ordering inside. This is a problem at a few locations around. I will say the staff does keep the line moving pretty fast as compared to other locations. Overall a good Starbucks.

Ordered a grande iced chai with cold foam (which is a $1.25 add-on). Asked for it in a venti cup so that I would still receive my full portion of tea… this is what they gave me. Clearly more foam than chai and looks more like a tall portion. Was so shocked I wasn’t able to say anything, plus it was pouring down raining (my wipers were off before there can be any speculation). I have never had issues with this request until today. It’s not like I requested it in a bigger cup in hopes of getting a larger portion. I just want to get what I have paid for as I have at other locations. Very disappointed.

Their croissants and breakfast items are all frozen! This is 5th time I’ve ordered breakfast items and have gotten them warm on the outside and freezing cold on the inside, 2 of the times actually still frozen in the middle. It expensive as it is already I don’t think I should have to worry about my food being frozen in the drive-thru. 2x ham and swiss croissants, 2x spinach feta & egg white wrap, 1x bacon sausage and egg wrap. This is my last time ordering from any starbucks, quality of menu items has dropped considerably… disappointed…
