The absolute WORST! Every time I come here, they completely overfill cup with ice to the brim and little to no drink. Mind you this is an almost $7 drink! Also, the drink is never made right / tastes awful!

These women that are running this location. Some of them are very highly rude and they’re giving this location a bad name they got my drink order wrong. I tried to ask them to please fix it they refused. I forgot her name, but she is a female and she is the shift manager. She was very unprofessional. Tell me to call the one 800 number for help I would definitely not let her run my location with this attitude because even my friends has complain it on the shift manager before if there’s a mistake, they are not going to fix it….. which is very rare because every location I ever been to in if I had an issue, they fix it with no problems… that’s actually one of Starbucks. His policies is to have professional and caring workers not here….

floor had nasty footprints everywhere. tables were disgusting, chairs littered everywhere. one bathroom was out of toilet paper and a mess, other bathroom was clogged and also a mess. they took 20 min to make a simple frapp for me. not many people ordering, so where’s my drink?? as a fellow partner at a different store, i would not be coming back to this store. there are also bugs flying around all over my face. frappuccino is supposed to be icy, so why is it watery. also, what’s up with the whip??

The staff at this Starbucks are without a doubt the friendliest baristas I’ve ever encountered! They were kind, hospitable, and genuinely seemed to enjoy interacting with every customer. My drink was made perfectly, and I couldn’t help but overhear the baristas’ friendly conversations with customers and warm, familiar greetings of regulars while I sat and worked for a few hours. I don’t normally post reviews for places, but their upbeat attitudes truly changed my day around while I was stressed out and cramming to get work done, and I just wanted to make sure staff knew what a great job these baristas were doing!

I ordered a nitro with sweet cream and didn’t get it foolish me. I thought it would be right. Starbucks, you need to get the baristas at the airport to retrain the New Orleans metro and North shore area. You just may actually make more money. And better results

Let me start my saying is this is the best Starbucks ever!!! I stop here three times a week before heading to save lives in the health field ( traveling from the West Bank at that)!! Jasmine waited on me this morning and I tried the oatmeal for the first time and was definitely a HIT (amazing)!! I would definitely recommend this oatmeal for anyone, it’s not too sweet just right with all the condiments that come with it ( better than out of the store)!! I always get the “ Hit White Mocca (Tall). This morning I had a medium and it was amazing as well! I will always remain a customer at this Starbucks!!!
