Drinks are good, but my biggest gripe about any coffee place is within iced coffee. I always ask for light ice and so far the only place to really listen to that is Scooter’s locations. I’m pretty disappointed, but not surprised that Starbucks also doesn’t look for light ice when I make my mobile orders.

I just bought this a few minutes ago and this is the size of a medium and it’s full of ice, not the drink thst i order. Please take this into consideration. Fill it at least three quarters for the drink and a quarter for the ice.

Since this store remodeled it has gone down hill on quality. Likely due to new employees. Everyone is very nice! But it seems like they’ve been left high and dry in terms of training. Reading modifications sucks, especially at a coffee house. But it’s very close to everyday my order is wrong in some regard, and I do not add excessive modifications. Corporate needs to invest more training into this store as it is extremely busy and important for quality to increase for its success as scooters pop up everywhere. Again, love the employees, think the reopening execution could have been handled better.

This is an updated review since this place has completely gone downhill. KIRA the so called supervisor (young girl with rainbow type hair) completely unprofessional trashy looking.Was rude, denied me a side cup of caramel for my coffee as they never put the amount in it I like. Then when I said I wouldn’t be back to that store she completely agrees with me very rudely. Will be the last time I come to this location (27th and Pine Lake).

I frequent this place because it’s super close to my work. I’ve never had an issue with a drink until today. At around 10:02 a.m I ordered two grand iced Carmel cloud macchiatos and when they were handed over they were really light in color compared to normal and there was barely any foam but I thought whatever I had to work at 5a.m and need coffee now. Then when I parked back at work I looked closer and they were only 3/4 full. I hate complaining but one of them was for my coworkers and he asked me to take them back so I did. I arrived at about 10:15-10:20 ish I brought the drinks inside and The barista that helped me was so nice! (I wish I caught her name but she had longer blonde hair pulled up) She immediately saw the drinks in my hand when I walked in and asked if I needed them remade I said yes and explained why and she asked what they were and I told her and she remade them for me and they looked absolutely perfect it was a night and day difference. She definitely made what I thought was going to be a ruined morning into an amazing day. She apologized a bunch and told me to have a good day which made me feel a lot less guilty about asking to have the drinks remade. 10/10 recommend this Starbucks for their usual good quality work and their ability to treat customers with respect and fix the occasional mistake. Definitely need to work on customer service skills. I know I can’t base my rating solely on customer service skills which is why my rating is three stars. If you have poor customer service skills or don’t like where you work find another job. I usually come here every week and go through the drive through. I’ve never had an issue. Today was my first time placing a mobile order as well as my first time going into this Starbucks. The two women I had to deal with had bad attitudes. Also, If my customized order doesn’t reflect on YOUR end, that’s a TECH AND STARBUCKS PROBLEM not mine!
