This is my go to Starbucks, I ordered a hot grande (16 ounce) toasted white mocha today. We’ll just say I paid $6.30 and I didn’t get 16 ounces. If I’m paying this much for a coffee it better be the full amount of coffee.

I tried the coffee before and I didn’t like it. But today I tried it out it was great. I don’t know it’s depending on the branch or what.

This is a nice location with great employees. I frequently go through the drive-thru or pick up orders in the store and the staff are always friendly and the coffee is always good, even when things are ridiculously busy.

They’ve overcharged me more than once. The last time, they overcharged me $4.71 for a short Chai tea and a cranberry bliss that was warm and smooshed. This was the most they’ve ever overcharged me and I was in a hurry, so I didn’t catch it–or the poor condition of the bakery item–until I was on my way. If you go here, take your time and check how much you’re being charged and if the product you’re receiving is acceptable before moving on.

Worst Starbucks in Olathe anymore. They consistently close early and also close their drive thru thinking people won’t come inside. I have been overcharged many times lately AND they never seem to get my order correct, it is a very simple drink order!! The day shift is light-years better than the nightshift but all around, they are both terrible. I have now started to make the 3 minute drive down the street. The staff is way friendlier, they are always open when they are supposed to be, and drinks are always right!! I wish this store would get their stuff together, I am not the only local feeling this way. I know many who have also now started going elsewhere.

Love the service at this particular Starbucks. I have had bad service at another, but the staff here are knowledgeable and observant. It’s nice to chill with my puppy on the patio.

Baristas can be so rude and immature here. Great Customer service must not be expected of 20-year olds. Example, asked for more creamer and the girl made an audible grunt and looked at me like I ruined her life.

When ordering at the drive-through we were told they were out of my favorite tea. It wasn’t a problem, I just ordered something else. When we got to the window, after receiving our order another employee came to the window and said they weren’t out of the tea after all and here was what I wanted in the house. It was so classy and they didn’t have to do that at all. I would never have known. Great service!

Guy in a little beret takes my order nice enough but then decides to go chat with another employee instead of turning around and filling the black cup of coffee I ordered. So I wait five minutes for someone else to pour the cup of already made coffee while he chats it up with another employee (looked like a manager). Guessing the other employees find him annoying as well. Now I understand why this location always has a ridiculous long line. He’s probably convinced himself it isn’t his job to fill the order, just to take it. Sign of the times with finding good labor right now.
