Went in to get a venti mocha with an extra shot and left with nothing. Shopped for 30-40 minutes after ordering and came back but the drink still hadn’t been made. I had other errands to take care of and didn’t have time to wait any longer. Don’t know if they’re prioritizing mobile orders or what’s going on, but there weren’t enough people before me for my drink not to be made in that amount of time. The previous time I went in my drink wasn’t made correctly either. Last time I visit this shop for sure, don’t enjoy having my time and money wasted.

Don’t bother coming here, you will just waste your time. Three years I’ve tried to give this place a chance. (cuz its the only starbucks in miles.) Kept saying the espresso machine was broken. OK understand things break, but you get them fixed when it is your business. Finally got a new espresso machine couple months ago. Was so excited Lo and behold, it’s broke! your paying three high school students to just sit there. Your labor must be high and your customers are definitely mad.

Staff is friendly but not the quickest SB I have ever been to. Located inside the grocery store and Google Maps does not have the location correct. Drink was made to request and very delicious.

Espresso machine is always broken. Down more times than up and operating. Also they don’t keep stock of alternatives like cold brew. This happens multiple times a month for a week or more at a time. Frustrating.

This Starbucks has gotten worse over time. The drinks are very inconsistent. You’re lucky if your drink is warm when you order a hot drink. I will not be going back. This place can’t compare to a real Starbucks.

This Starbucks is starting to be very disappointing. The employees are rarely friendly, and drinks are often made wrong, or out of stock. I was excited for the sugar cookie latte this year. The first time I went to get it they were out of the syrup, and the second time the espresso machine wasn’t working. It’s just disappointing because I use to really enjoy going here. 🙁

My family and I have been going to this location for years. In the past few months, the experience has become increasingly disappointing. The staff is often unprofessional and they are almost always out of several things. Today the espresso machine was broken. While I understand that some situations are out of anyone’s control, it is sad to have lost the friendliness and efficiency that usually characterizes a Starbucks.
