This location is always so busy and the parking lot is unfortunately ill built, but the store itself and the staff are always quick, precise, and accommodating. Friendly enough service and a delicious drink, but I was the only order and getting my drink took several minutes. I think they had to run to the back to get an ingredient. This is not the first time I’ve experienced a lengthy wait, nor do I expect it to be the last as I will likely continue to return, just not when time is of importance.

While passing through, we stopped at this location & my fiance went inside to get us some coffee for our 2 hour drive home. We go to Starbucks almost every day where we live so we know the menu pretty well & always get the same drinks. We both ordered Venti Double Shot iced mochas & they were made with two shots of espresso even though they are supposed to have 5. We aren’t the type to complain or tell people how to do their jobs so we didn’t feel the need to go back inside let alone have the time. So all I ask is that the employees learn the menu &/or pay closer attention to what they’re supposed to be doing.
