I have visited this Starbucks location on many occasions now. I always find there to be Friendly staff, Quick service and good beverages. It is a little pricey but still a nice treat to have occasionally.

I’m giving 5 stars because the service was great but I’ve not been to Starbucks much and a large iced coffee was full of ice so only a few drinks in my cup was gone about the time I walked to my car after paying $8.

It’s ok, I just wish they would have a dark roast coffee all the time. I guess I am the only one that goes to a coffee shop and gets black coffee. Pike roast is ok just a little too weak for me.

I ordered 3 grande peppermint mochas. (My girlfriend and I were taking them home – across town – to have with my mom as we ate pie.) We didn’t try our drinks until we got home. They were NOT their holiday peppermint mochas. They WERE mochas, but they definitely had NO PEPPERMINT in them. And my mom and I had both had two such drinks at the UCM Starbucks, so we knew how they should taste. So just double check your drinks from this location.

Skip this place. I went in and stood at the counter for a minute or so (doesn’t seem like a long time until you purposely counting it down) and THREE employees all within 10 feet of me wouldn’t be bothered to greet me, acknowledge my presence or let alone let me know i would be waiting. No, they did their best to avoid eye contact and pretend I wasn’t standing right there ready to order. There is no excuse for there to be a total of 5 employees working and not a single one can be bothered to greet the ONLY customer at the counter or take an order. Basically, these people act as if you can go to hell if you aren’t in the drive thru where they are forced to serve you. I will never go back.
