I ordered a frappuccino and jerk chicken bagel. double chocolate it was, enjoying my drink until I felt something on my tongue that wasn’t melting like chocolate sprinkles. I spit on a napkin, it was a big black fly that was in my drink. I have not ordered there since. It was a regular stop on my way to Portland.I have pictures just couldn’t figure out how to add it here.

Put a no smoking sign up if you want me to get rid of my cigarette in the drive thru in my own car. A lot of drive thru’s have it and I understand it. That’s not the issue. The issue is Ellie was quite rude about it. I don’t mind being asked to do something but throwing your hands up with a snark on your face and saying you can’t serve in an ignorant manner is just as ridiculous! I am here daily! Most of the time twice! Never have I had such a terrible experience!

I find it demeaning to make the customer have to consent whether or not to tip. If you want employees to earn more, pay more, but don’t put customers in embarrassing situations. Pay more and that’s it.

I usually get the strawberry acai lemonade refresher when I go here, and y wife gets a coffee. I was disappointed the other day when we placed our usual order, and they informed me that they were out of the strawberry acai lemonade.

I ordered on the app around 7:48. Said it would be ready at 7:57. I get there around 8pm and go straight to the pickup area. There are 3 people working there that I can see, and none of them acknowledge my existence as I’m just waiting to recieve my drink that I see sitting on the counter. Mind you I’m the only customer on the inside and I think they maybe had one car on the outside. I’ll give one of the girls a pass (the one who finally gave me my drink but didn’t ask for my name) because I could see she was working on another order. But the other two were busy talking, laughing, especially the guy who stood around doing nothing. Not a single hi from any of them. I’ve never felt so invisible when I go here earlier in the day. I’m trying not to judge too hard, but then when I get home there’s a giant chunk of ice in my drink. Luckily, it still tastes good.

They were slow. They omitted telling me they were out of strawberry pieces for the strawberry acai I ordered & when I went back around to tell them about omitting the fact, I heard the manager’s negative comment, “Oh well!” I showed the barista with the manager standing there after being “busted” in my hearing his comment & he gave a dry apology..it was not acceptable!
