Hot day, and we needed a cool drink. It took the partners a minute or two to acknowledge us. I don’t know how busy the drive thru was, but the lobby only had one other party there. My drink was prepared exactly as I requested. Seating area was a little stuffy, and bathroom appeared clean but had a sour smell.

Don’t seem like they want to be bothered with any customers! Stood at the counter for a long time before we were even acknowledged! Then a man rudely asked if we were waiting and please move up to the register. We were literally standing right there, shameful to be talking to customers this way! This one is definitely my least favorite in the Peoria area, not very friendly or welcoming atmosphere! If they are even open, numerous times I get there and it’s closed during store hours! The whole place reeks of bad attitudes, vibe killer!

Location is the key. There is nothing different about this place from other Starbucks, but the ease of access from the two main Streets make it unique. Lots of parking space.

This Starbucks is consistently the worst in the area. I constantly have to wait multiple minutes to get my order taken or even for someone to acknowledge me even if there are only a few people in the store. All I ever order is a black coffee. I’ve received room temp coffee multiple times and I always seem to have to wait an exceeding long amount of time for them to get a simple black coffee. Even when I order ahead it’s never ready. I’m pretty sure this Starbucks just want to make sure you late.

I want to find the positive in every situation but with this Starbuck’s it’s increasingly difficult. Black Friday was the icing on the cake. Store hours posted on the door said 5:30 am. My husband and I pulled in at 5:42 and employees were present and knew we were standing outside. They did not make any attempt to open the doors or give us any indication how long it may be. After waiting 10 minutes with no acknowledgement or door opening, we left. This store consistently has spotty hours and get your order correct half of the time. I tell my friends to avoid this store and take business elsewhere. Plenty of coffee shops in town that want our business.
