The staff was so kind and thoughtful! They evidently care about their customer’s experience and satisfaction. Great team at this Starbucks!! Not to mention the seats are comfy and its a great work/study spot.

The young Indian woman could be better at her job. They keep the milk, sugar and spoons behind the counter. I asked for 25% of the cup to be 2% milk. I received a couple drops. I told her I wanted more, she asked “extra.” I asked for salt for my egg and fruit box. She gave me hot sauce.. I told her she did not listen very well. She got hot and would not wait on me. Tip jar right out in front and center. My box had an expiration date the very next day. Leave the cream and milk so customers can get what the pay dearly for.

Another Starbucks store didn’t add syrup I wanted to my latte and I came here to remake it. They fully redid my coffee and on top of that, Nice and very friendly barista – gentleman offered me free “reload card” for my next drink. Oh wow I was so surprised. Thanks very much

This is my favorite Starbucks location on Harlem! I always enjoy coming here because ALL of the staff is friendly, they are quick, and they get my orders right all the time. I can tell my coffee is made love & care. 🙂

OMGGGGG my little Princess has brain cancer and she loves Starbucks, so she has been asking us to take her to Starbucks so she can order her drink herself, but we are always so scared of the germs due to her illness, but we don’t want her to think that we don’t want to take her. So we decided to stop at this Starbucks and we cannot regret it at all, The guy that took care of our baby on 11/25/22 @ 11:25am was just amazing, he treated her nice and with respect, he even understood her very well even with her speech delay and her mask on!
