It took 20 minutes to make my order and they prioritized everyone’s order that standing in front of me. When I asked for someone to make my order because I’ve been waiting for more than 20 minutes at that point, he basically said no. A lady walked up to me and started arguing with me about how the mobile orders are ahead of me, which made no sense because people standing in line in front of me received their orders. I understand being busy, I work in the food industry as well. But remaining professional is a must. Again I understand being overwhelmed but that was ridiculous.

On 8/19, Saturday morning, I ordered an iced cup of water and a spinach, egg, feta wrap. After the first two bites it tasted so nasty, soggy, old, and I had to throw it away. Next hour, I start to have diarrhea and vomiting at work. I work nearby and I don’t go here at all. I called later that same day and asked to get a refund , the guy said only Manager Doe can do that. I left my name and # to have manager call me because they don’t know what time manager gets at the store. All I’m asking of my $5ish back cause I am still sick and vomiting. Bruh. That’s the least they can do. I had chills, a fever, body ache, diarrhea & vomiting. I had to let them know. What if a kid eats this? That’s disgusting. I am very upset about this. No one’s fault but they really need to make sure their food is not expired and heat it up correctly. Not acceptable. I’m sick, and they can keep that money if they don’t want to refund me.

I love all Starbucks, but the folks at this location are the greatest. Always friendly, even when the place is jammed. Always smile and say hello. And always make my drinks perfectly. Once they even saw my dog in the car with me while going through the drive through and offered a pup cup, which she loves. My fave Starbies. (aka SteveM)

Unprofessional, messed up the drinks we ordered. Drink was overflowing with cream and the barista refused to fix the problem or clean up the mess they made. All the staff had bad attitudes and charged us for the car in front of us and had to refund us. Never saw the refund they claimed to give us. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!

No thanks!!!Totally empathetic to the situation that the Starbucks workers are experiencing with their union negotiations. That being said, when my drive thru order took a while I didn’t mind waiting. But when it was wrong: danish heated when asked for it to not be drink missing customizations that were paid for and didn’t get but one of the 2 cake pops, which I didn’t see till I was home for the toddler.

The service was great, but I ordered a simple caramel Frappuccino with 8 pumps of caramel and it tasted like someone added some type of cleaning liquid or something. It didn’t taste of coffee, cream or caramel. I couldn’t drink it.

I just moved in the area and I went to this Starbucks since it’s the closest to me. I went through the drive through and had a simple question, Gaby who was my barista, gave me such an attitude. Of course, I returned the attitude but do customers really have to deal with a nasty person with an attitude after a long shift at work? Then when I pull up to pay and get my drink you can clearly hear her and another barista saying horrible things about the customers. DO BETTER STARBUCKS. WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. As soon who works at a car dealership, I see the salesmen treat the customers with more respect.

I am very upset with Starbucks and Uber today they messed up my order I ordered four drinks and I only received two I am not happy with the service today I was credited 5 bucks for an order that was over 40 dollars this is not fair now Starbucks is informing me that they cannot help me because it was a Uber eats order this is jus unacceptable and the store manager was rude to me over the phone I do understand that this is now an Uber Issue but being the fact that I was at work I can’t just get on my phone whenever I want and it’s very difficult to contact an actual person with Uber I was hoping that the start bucks management would help me with the issue they Continue to inform me that I would have to take it up with Uber knowing that I just told him that Uber only credit me five dollars back

Impressed is the word that comes to mind. I came in on a whim on a rather busy Saturday morning and this team was stellar! I saw even when there were a few issues pop up the team had zero hesitation and ran like a well oiled machine. Tricia, who was the cashier today, stood out the most. Acting with speed, accuracy, and lingering kindness she helped make sure every guest who came in was personally cared for and all concerns answered. Walking out from the counter a few times to make sure orders got out without losing speed of service and avoiding a mess at the pick up window, a rarity in today’s workforce. Kuddos to the manager for good training and kuddos to the team for great execution.
