Great location. Very clean location. This is my 5th and last time giving this location a chance. The service is deplorable. Unfriendly employees always. The employees seem so unhappy at this location. Usually, I love giving tips and engaging with baristas at other locations.I wish management would recruit the friendly barista’s. Would not recommend this location due to the poor customer service and nasty attitudes the employees have.

I would give this store 4-5 stars but I can’t because like many other stores in predominantly Black communities, they lock their bathroom doors. I work all over the state and If I’m in predominantly Black or Brown communities I make sure to use the washroom before going there. You can only use the bathrooms in these areas if you make a purchase. This attitude would never be tolerated in White communities. You can walk into any stores in a white community and use the bathroom without making a single purchase. THIS HAS TO STOP!

They need more training. The drinks are made incorrectly. The tea always appears to be watered down. Even with extra sweetener, the tea is never sweet enough. They are friendly. They are fast. The food rating was for the drinks! Keep on trying, you’ll get there!

Shoutout to Asia for being a great barista and greeting regulars by name as they enter.. BUT BESIDES THAT the shift leaders are rude to their staff & humiliate them in front of customers, they need to take the time needed and practice making drinks correctly instead of rushing through it.. and no communication whatsoever – they’ll leave you standing around waiting PURPOSELY when it isn’t even busy instead of letting coworkers know what’s going on to speed up the process. I know it’s a new location but got to do better.

I give this location 3 stars because its only one girl that knows how to make my drink right! The store is always clean and the staff is nice but for the price we pay they do need more training. Once the proper training is done I think it’ll be less complaints and five stars

4th time coming here and this was the last resort the sandwiches are lukewarm/cold, I asked for a cafe vanilla bean Frappuccino, I received a vanilla bean, so I said I asked for cafe she comes back with a so called cafe Frappuccino but it was as lite as the regular one so I said it’s usually darker than that for a cafe Frap she comes back with a darker color one but it tasted like she just added a lot of coffee nothing else it tasted horrible Im so done with this location, they don’t care what they give you it’s sad!

Danielle’s attitude was rude and unprofessional. Took forever to make 2 drinks. She likes to talk back to customers. My husbands drink had no sugar and they put his sugar in my drink. Make sure you check your order before you leave.
