My 9 year old has been BEGGING me to take her to Starbucks. We went today. I always get the spinach, feta cheese, and egg white wrap. She ordered a vanilla bean Frappuccino with mocha drizzle after complicating and trying to figure out what she had the last time she went with her friend and her parents. I was thinking oh my goodness this poor guy behind the counter. The atmosphere was great. They made a drink and offered it to me. It was some matcha something cold. It was good. I ordered the lemonade with acai. The workers were behind the counter dancing and singing to Hakuna Matata and other Disney songs. Customers were coming and going at a steady pace. The drive thru was packed. The employees just kept working stress free and still happy-go-lucky. The man behind the counter informed me their cups were on sale 30% off. Normally I wouldn’t look, but while waiting I found some REALLY cute ones and decided on a 5 cup set with rainbow lids, straws, and the cups change colors when they get cold. You don’t know what color they change until you add the cold. They were less than $20. To me that was a great price. We already have something similar at home. These employees made this work environment friendly and REALLY understand the meaning to teamwork. I will definitely be back. My daughter also received the last cookies and cream cake pop.

Hands down the nest Starbucks in the area! Tinley and Crestwood commons..nah… the staff absolutely amazing. The drinks always on point you never have to wonder if your drink is going to be right… it always is lol love the staff and service.. can’t say enough about it.

I picked up a mobile order and they accidentally made my drink slightly wrong. I told them and they were soo nice about it and apologetic! They remade it in less than a minute and gave me a bigger size drink for free!

Asked for my bread to be warmed 2x because sometimes it’s frozen. It was still cold when they served it. Please learn how to mix drinks properly because if too much juice & not enough coconut, almond, or oat milk, it separates & looks congealed, then I have to come home & play barista to balance it out. I couldn’t get it fixed because there’s no inside service & I wasn’t getting back into that long line
