Oh boy where to start, should I start with being told “I’ll be with you in a moment”, then I stand around for 6-7 minutes waiting, then go use the restroom, come back and proceed to stand there for another moment before deciding to go elsewhere because I’m not being served ? I was the first customer in this morning I shouldn’t be standing around waiting for someone to take my order, if you open for business at 5 am, at 5 am you should be ready to serve customers not tell customers you’ll be with them in a moment then disappear into the back room doing whatever.

Love everything about this location except the music and volume level. Hard to work and talk on the phone it’s too loud. Even outside they have a speaker with loud up tempo music.

I didn’t give any stars for the good because I didn’t try it. But the atmosphere and the service were TOP NOTCH. I NEVER NOT get service with a smile there. All the folks working at the Starbucks work like a well oiled clock!
