The bathroom was disgusting. Today was a hot day and there is no ice in the soda machine. Soda is hot and I had to go back up to the counter 3 times to get my drinks, food and frosty. And had to ask for a cup of ice. Staff was unfriendly and showed irritation at having to help me so much. Well, if they had given me everything I ordered I would not have bothered them again. Paid for soda and am drinking water because the soda was gross and flat. Will not be coming back

I have never gone to this location without issues which includes lack of employees, closing early, don’t have something, and smaller portions. Tonight, 5/24/23, no chili. WOW! If this is a franchisee, they need to be removed. Look at the reviews. Everyone avoids this locations. To the franchisee, your a terrible business owner and I can only hope corporate catches on to how badly run this location is. If this is a Wendys owned location, make the necessary changes or shut it down. Either/or, you can go down the street and get the Wendys you know.

Always closing early. I get off work late and stopped at 1130pm and they were already closed when they’re supposed to be open until midnight. This is the second or third time this has happened. Very frustrating when you want to get something quick and late after work.

Customer service is often lacking. Drive thru workers just hold the food out the window and don’t look at you or say thank you or anything at all. Pretty standard for most fast food joints these days but it’s still not appreciated.

I just got the apple chicken salad and I am struggling to find a good piece of lettuce in the entire Bowl that’s not brown or not a center stem… for $7 I could have went in and got a fresh salad off the Kroger salad bar but I always like Wendy’s salads .. however this is disappointing and just bad customer service. This salad should have never left the store in this condition. It’s not showing the photos that I upload so I do have some if anyone’s curious.
