Horrible customer service I went through drive thru ordered a ribbon crunch. I stated that I would like ribbon around the cup the young lady said there’s nothing wrong with your drink. I explained I wanted caramel around the cup. She again said there’s nothing wrong with your drink. I then came inside she said what’s the problem with an attitude at that point another young lady walks up I asked to speak with the manager. She rolled her eyes and said I’m the manager and there’s nothing wrong with your drink. I asked for the store manager she said the store manager was not there. I asked when will she be in and if I could get the young lady’s name because no one is wearing a name tag. She said no I can not have her name I asked for her name she said NO. I then took a photo so I can show the manager tomorrow since they were refusing to give their names. I asked for a refund they refused to give me a refund. And the young lady that stated she was the manager said tomorrow the store manager is going to tell me the same. This is the WORST STARBUCKS I’ve ever been to. Policy and protocol all workers in Starbucks wears a name tag and give there names. If your drink isn’t made right they apologize and ask would you like it remade. But they refused to give me a refund. If there was a negative 10!!!

Worst Starbucks location. Ordered 2 coffees girl was not pleasant at all, made me feel like a bother. She said it would be a few mins, but they called my name and I received one coffee super quick waited for the other. They were putting coffees all over the counter and not calling out names. I continued to stand there waiting while all the workers saw me standing there. When I went to the counter after waiting 30 mins and asked for my money back they said my coffee was waiting there the whole time and was very rude. Location was not clean, orders sitting all over counter.

Went in today around 3:30pm and I ordered a iced vanilla latte with chocolate cream cold foam on top and a golden oleato and a ham and Swiss croissant. The lady at the drive thru was an idiot. She took forever to bring out our drinks and kept on smiling after I asked can I used some of my stars before she charged me $19 on my Starbucks card. Then because they were taking forever a guy named AJ who was also working thr drive thru said I wouldn’t be credited the $19 and because of the wait this order was on the house. Still got charged the $19 even though AJ said I wouldn’t be charged it. Don’t think I’ll come to this Starbucks again because you guys are so slow.

I almost always have an issue with the Starbucks besides the fact that their line is always insane. I came in today, and I waited in line for 34 minutes. 34 MINUTES. I was trapped in the drive-through or else I would’ve left. I called the store to see if there was a car stuck in the lane or something and they said that they were just backed up on orders. When I finally got to the window, I honestly thought that they would give me my drink on the house, but they didn’t even have it ready and it wasn’t made correctly. It tasted terrible! The lady at the register kept telling me that it was a very busy day, but I have gone to other locations with longer lines that were by quicker than this. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be returning.

They started to use cheap straws for their frappucino drinks. It was one of the worst experiences EVER! I’ve been to a Popeye’s before when they ran out of chicken. I’ve also been to a Subway when they ran out of bread. But, I just drove to KFC or Jersey Mike’s and problem was solved. This experience was HORRIBLE.
