This Starbucks has very poor service. They do not greet you when you come in. I had this problem with this Starbucks every morning they all be looking around at each other trying to see who is going to take the next order they do not greet anyone me personally, I feel like I’m being discriminated against when I go into this facility. They are very slow in getting your order together. I think everyone needs to be retrained. It’s very sad for new facility to be going down the drain that fast

This was the worst starbucks I’ve ever went to. Their employees attitudes are horrible in particular Kayla she was by far the rudest person I’ve ever met! My order was incorrect and because their line was wrapped around the parking lot they all had attitudes as if that was anyone’s fault but their own. The service was poor the food was poor and Kayla’s attitude was deplorable. Very bad for business!!!

Went in around 7 am on a Saturday. Coffee was good as usual. However, the place itself was not clean. No one had swept the floor or clean the tables from the day before. I’m sure they were busy with mobile orders and the drive thru, but they could’ve spared someone for the 15 minutes it would’ve taken to freshen up the place.

They made my drink wrong then tells me it was right. Manager came to give me my refund and never Apologized or said anything to rectify the situation just walked away. The whole time I was nice and polite but still nothing from her but for her to walk away. Her apron said Rocky was her name.

The drive thru cashier was wonderful. Instead of putting condiments inside the bag with your food, it was taped (Sriracha sauce on the outside) of the bag. All companies should do this!!!

Sheesh. The attitude of the person working the drive thru on 8/4/23 around 7:30pm was extremely terrible and she was very rude. This is by far one of the unfriendliest Starbucks I have been to.

Nobody here in the reviews seem to realize this Starbucks is new and is going to be more busy then usual later into the year.

Came through the drive thru early on a Sunday morning and was very disappointed. I was looking forward to having a Starbucks nearby but the customer service was lacking and very dry. I actually said to my daughter that I’ve never waited so long in a Starbucks drive thru before. To top it off, my frap didn’t taste right. My daughter later tells me that her friends said they were not impressed with this location and after looking at the comments I’m hoping this is just the “test staff” and we can get the real workers in by Spring.
