I like this local Starbucks when I am in a hurry as it is consistently less busy than the other nearby one on Randall in Algonquin. I knocked a star off because often if I order something other than a teabag in water, the drink seems to not taste the same as it does at other Starbucks.

Went to Starbucks like i do every day, but this time in the afternoon, placed my order at the drive true. Came up to the window and pulled out my card and my phone, i asked her if she can scan my rewards and she rolled her eyes and got a big sigh like it was an inconvenience for her. Can’t even believe I’m writing a google review for a Starbucks. This one is typically fine, but very specifically there is a barista named Mari who apparently comes to work with as many eye rolls and as much attitude as she can possibly muster. I will literally avoid this location from now on because she’s so awful. And it’s right across the street from my work. Huntley, Crystal Lake, and the one down the street all at least treat people like human beings (and actually have really great baristas). Mari, get a new job girl. Customer service isn’t your thing.

This Starbucks right off of Randall Road just north of Algonquin Rd is very similar to many Starbucks of its size. The staff is very friendly, prompt, and they serve the same Starbucks coffee I have come to expect at most every Starbucks. I stopped here to work for about an hour or so before going to a meeting on a cold January morning.

Rude, service is bad, they left scones out of the order. When I went in to ask I got a big sigh like I was bothering them. They grabbed one out of the case threw it in a bag ice cold stale and hard. Went back in to get the second one they forgot you would have thought I asked for a quart of blood. The coffee sizes were wrong too much! Worst store I have ever been in in my life. If I could leave zero stars or negative stars I would have. I don’t even know what they were doing in there. It was like a three ring circus. I got a Starbucks every day not this place.

Save your money in time don’t go here order a latte and ended up waiting 30 minutes 25 minutes. Into my way. I walked up to one of the girls making the drinks and I just tried to ask how much longer it would be. Instead she walked away from me, instead of answering me, and then I said, can you help me and then she rolled her eyes and said what do you want and I said I’m just trying to see how much longer I’m gonna be waiting and then she said I’ll make yours next. No apology for the extreme wait for one cup of And meanwhile, told me, I was ungrateful that they were making my coffee. 30 minutes later. I finally got my coffee. Thanks Starbucks. I’ll make sure I don’t shop here anymore.
