I tell you what I’ve spent a few thousand dollars a year at Dunkin but this store and their staff has completely sold me on the changeover . Emily, Alex, Anne and the crew are amazing . It is literally like the manager snatched up every single star employee around and brought them all into this store! You guys are great, don’t change a thing you’re worth so much more than I can afford to tip. Thanks for starting my day right!

They have gotten my order wrong once out of the many times I’ve visited. The customer service depends on who’s working the drive-thru but I usually have a decent experience. It’s nice to have this location in the community.

Fairly new to the area. The only one in Zion. The drive thru was busy, so I stopped in. Everyone greeted me a d smiled. My drink was made just as I like it. Of course I’ll be back.

The staff are all super friendly. But The store is not managed Correctly they are always out of most items. Someone needs to do better inventory. I have been here 8x and all 8 they have been out of stock on most items.The kenosha store and pleasent prarie store always have items in stock. What’s going on?

They’re 2/5 for actually giving me what I ordered. One time gave me a hot coffee when I asked for iced, other times gave me straight black coffee when Vanilla Sweet Cream was ordered.

I’ve always ordered chocolate cream cold brew from other Starbucks but their “chocolate cream cold brew” has a strong coffee taste to me. I went back and told them my drink was not made right and i believe it was the manager that I spoke with and informs me how the drink was made like “ this is how it’s correctly made”. They gave me a new drink and it still had a strong coffee taste to it. Apparently the Starbucks I usually go to which are in highland park, gurnee mills Starbucks in macys, gurnee Starbucks, and the Starbucks in highland park hospital that I work in were all made “incorrectly” lol. Ok.
