Went to this location with some friends around 4:15 and it was quite crowded. The line went pretty quick and I did also get my drink pretty quickly. Service was fine. I saw a group of teens who were being very respectful and quiet, an employee walked over to them and then a minute later they were getting up and leaving. I’m guessing these teens were being kicked out because of the new rule. It was also super cold out so pretty upsetting that these teens were getting kicked out. I don’t really understand this rule considering these teens were not causing any problems. Also, one of my friends, who ordered a refresher, got a lid that was cracked! That seems pretty unsafe to me. Overall my experience here was fine, nothing special.

This location has such nice workers that always help me think of new drink ideas. Meghan Brown is a really good worker and truly cares about the customers and their needs. The store is always clean, decorative, and relatively spacious. I always order food and drinks from this location and never have a problem, and if I do have an issue, they address it right away without a problem. Reading the other reviews makes me very confused because these workers do their absolute best with the massive amount of people coming in everyday, I really appreciate the Park Ridge Starbucks Staff!!!

New in the area, and wanted to make this location my go to place for everyday. Unfortunately the service is bad, and the baristas are too busy having a conversation rather than making the orders right. Waited more than 20 mins to get 4 drinks. Frappuccinos were watery and the iced lattes tasted more like milk than anything.

PLEASE SWEEP YOUR FLOORS!!! PLEASE, DO IT ONCE SO I CAN SIT I SIDE AND DRINK MY COFFEE WITHOUT GETTING DISGUSTED! This Starbucks is on Northwest Hwy in Park Ridge. Just saw lady sweeping crumbs from table to floor but nobody is cleaning floors. Outside I use my Clorox wet wipe to clean filthy tables.

This location is always packed every single day at 11:00 AM. I waited 12 minutes for a frappuccino and egg bites. I do not understand why it takes that long for two things. I prefer the Des Plaines Starbucks, since I live in that area and those baristas make my drinks must faster.

New rule people under the age of 18 need to be with an adult to sit inside after 3 pm. This is very unethical. School ends at 3. Also very rude workers, they stare and whisper and look for any movement to kick out people under the age of 18. Very unprofessional.

I was a former Oberweis Dairy Employee of 11 Months across the street from this Starbucks location. Oberweis gets slow in fall and winter. I applied at this Starbucks location but they discriminated against me for a having a Felon conviction dating back to 1995.

Coffee was great but the customer service makes it 10x better. Great cold brews and fast service. they have many cold and hot drinks to choose from. Good lite bites. I have to say each time I get something the staff recommends it’s always amazing! Such great people working here and a blast to chat. Thanks for all the coffee recommendations and nice attitudes. It doesn’t matter what kind of day your having, you’ll leave with a smile! Will always come to this location for all my coffee needs! Ten stars, since 5 isn’t enough.
