Upon entry to the location, I was greeted by the cashier, the store was very clean, food was prepared with large portions, food was fresh & seasoned to taste. I recommend trying this establishment if you’re ever in the area.

Just moved to Richland. Always looking for good food and atmosphere.. Ordered Shrimp, with fried rice , broccoli and carrots. Food was fresh and appetizing! Saved some for tonight. It was better the next day!! Kinda like spaghetti does..lol

The food is really good, BUT….I ordered the Crab Rangoon and there was ZERO crab or any meat inside them. I opened each one individually and nothing but cream cheese! That is very disappointing and a bit unethical for a business. Each one is exactly like this one….no meat!

Man, been eating here off and on for YEARS and thought I was eating good. Its nothing they did, but I had the misfortune of eating hibachi from Tokyo Express one day and mahnnnn, when I tell you I now know wat real delicious hibachi tastes like, WOW!!! I say misfortune bk OEC is MUCH closer to me than TE but I tried them AFTER eating Tokyo Express and it was horrible. Absolutely NO COMPARISON. HERE, LOOK AY THIS PIC OF TOKYO EXPRESS…I KNOW RIGHT!?!?!

Food was decent but the service was horrible. The normal guy that works is great but the lady working tonight seemed unknowledgeable of the menu plus I tried to call ahead and order and it literally took me the time to get from my job in Jackson to oec in Richland just to make my order and when I showed up no one was in line nor was anybody up front when I walked therefore there was no reason my phone call shouldn’t of been answered

Giving one star is being kind. The food and the service was horrible.. The lady running the front was rude and had selective English.. We were so disappointed, everything we ordered was disgusting from the sushi to wontons. Will never go back

Customers order at a window and we got our food pretty fast and it was fresh and hot and very generous portions. We had the shrimp and beef rice with an order of sushi. It was way more than either of us could finish in one sitting. Well worth a visit!

My first trip to OEC, and I’ll be back. The food is tasty enough, but the portion size is of the charts. I had enough food to last two days from one of their combination specials. Definitely recommend the sushi as well, it was excellent. After Covid, I would like to eat inside to get to know the place better, but for now takeout will have to be enough.
