I went during a very busy time and my order was still taken in a timely manner and got my drink shortly after. All the employees were working well with eachother. The interior was clean and there were plenty of seating availability. My drink and bagel order was correct and tasted yummy. The location is convenient and in a good area.

I order from this location frequently. When I mobile order its usually made correctly and palatable. However when I doordash its always worse than gas station coffee. I pay $8 for my beverage but it’s 9/10 missing extras I paid for, syrups, shots, the correct milk alternative, and it’s always luke warm or cold. The baristas here hate to remake anything and take great offense to being asked. When you have it delivered or are in a hurry you can’t get a remake and just end up tossing it. Niki is the only person at this location capable of doing her job correctly everytime. I wish the manager and her other employees would drop the ultra woke feminism that’s killing this location and driving good paying customers away. They need a more diverse staff that doesn’t take personal offense when being asked to do things the right way or remake a disgusting beverage…

Good seating area for this Starbucks with some chairs and working stations. Coffee was same standard Starbucks experience and has the nitro coffee. It was yummy and an easy vibe here.

Friendly staff and fast service but the coffee was not great. I order the same drink at every Starbucks, so I know how it should look and taste. This is definitely lacking the extra shot I ordered. The color is too light and all I taste it milk. There is also barely any carmel added. Disappointed in this location. When you pay this amount of money for a drink, you expect to yet what you ordered.

Came to get some work done between client visits, and it’s 10:15 on a Thursday. Both drive thru and lobby were closed. Walked in and there were maybe 4 patrons inside a spacious multi room location. Ordered and one of the baristas said you’ll need to leave, you can’t stay. When I questioned it she said, “didn’t you see the sign on the door that said LOBBY CLOSED” while other people were coming in. Said they were closing down the lobby bc everything was “crazy”… There were at least 4-5 employees behind the counter. Will NEVER be back… and someone should teach whoever I talked to about customer service…
