I ordered a burrito to eat in the car as I was going from one job to the next. I pulled over and had to eat it with a spoon because the shell was ripped everywhere. I think they have have tossed it or double wrapped it in that case. I know this is not a 5-star restaurant, but do better, taco bell.

I’ve ordered from here over the course of the year and it has rarely been good (order correct and food being good). I love asking for extra sauce on a food item to receive no sauce, has happened multiple times. The food is just consistently bad, which is disappointing.
