The food is pretty good, average Taco Bell. Staff has always been friendly. My only complaint is that there’s one drive-through cashier that has a hard time giving the correct change back. I don’t like accusing someone of stealing, but the same cashier (she dyes her hair) has short changed me $5 on 3 separate visits. Now that I’ve confirmed it only happens with her, I don’t blame the business itself, and I’ll just pay exactly what I owe when I see her at the window. Easy fix.

I’m trying to figure out why everytime I try to get me some taco bell the potatoes are always hard as a rock and my order is always wrong. I don’t even know how this place stays in business. I got a sloppy burrito and fiesta potatoes and both went in the trash.

I believe the young lady was having a bad day, she wasn’t pleasant at all. She had an attitude to start with . First we wanted the watermelon freeze that was out..ok no biggie, ordered a craving box and the food was coming out of the packaging order soft shell, was giving a broken hard shell.

My wife stopped to pick up dinner for the family tonight and had a pretty decent order. When she got to the window she sat there forever waiting. When they finally came they gave her the food and she left. At the stop light she looked through the bag and seen that about half the order was missing. So she turned around and went back to the store and went inside to get what was left out. She stood there for a while waiting. By this time all the tacos and her Mexican pizza had gotten soggy. Not one time did anyone apologize or offer to refund said missing items. Long story short, our 35$ worth of food was not worth eating when she got home. Was mostly mush. She asked to speak to a manager while she was there and was told the managers couldn’t come up front. I’m sure they will never miss us, but will never go back there. Please check everything before you leave. No matter how many people are sitting in line behind you in the drive thru.

Ordered supreme tacos- none had tomatoes. Order a 2nd set of 3 tacos- said regular with out lettuce. All 3 had lettuce. Atmosphere: if the temperature doesn’t run you out the music will! Thank goodness we had coats in the car!

I understand that they are short staff but there was no reason for the young lady to toss my receipt after I went back in to get my son his 2 soft taco the forgot and then noticed the one making them only had one glove on and was touching the tortilla shell with the one with no glove. Not happy.

I had to return a taco two times to finally get it right the chalupa shell was literally as hard as a rock the person up front that took my order was great and was great when I brought it back it was the people in the back making the food that had attitudes and were mad I brought the taco back and they also didn’t make my daughter’s nachos right was only supposed to have meat cheese and sour cream and they put everything on it so I had to take that back too. Guess third time’s the charm
