I ordered and waited for 20 minutes and then when i told her i ordered a sandwich she said “i’am busy” with a rude tone and then when she talked to the lady next to me she was nice and was apologizing and you can tell thats RACIST because i’am a different skin tone and the lady next to me was white. And the worker that was rude has pink hair with a blonde tone to it. And also the whole store is filled with flys and it’s DISGUSTING having flys all over your food.

The staff at this store and on 32nd are always nice, they make eye contact and personable yet professional. Yesterday I had 3 drinks in my order. One was not correct but I did not catch it until I got home (.5 miles away). The top was not on tight so my friend was careful to take it out of the tray. Because the repurposed plastic is so flimsy now (I love that SB cares about the Planet Earth), the drink went all over my entry way. Shoes, and a long runner rug got drenched in coffee. I ordered another one and went back w the flimsy destroyed cup. Her drink was $6.08 so I paid nearly $14 for one drink. I explained what happened and although I am not entitled to some compensation, some sort of compensation would have been appreciated. I’m a daily customer. If it was my first time or 100th, it was very inconvenient. This is my favorite store still but just make sure 1) You have your full order before taking off. 2) Make sure drinks are correct.

We love Starbucks and the options they have to offer. You can customize any dink on their menu or create something unique. The staff is always upbeat and outgoing. There may be longer than usual wait times during peak times, but service is typically prompt. Online ordering is convenient.

I don’t normally (really ever) visit coffee shops. I’ve been to two now in the last month or so. The experience at this Starbucks absolutely won (no offense to second place. It was still a satisfying visit). I’ll probably be back at some point.

This is the current best Starbucks in Grand Forks. The barista named Tony is a very cheerful, friendly, and welcoming barista, and he made an incredible caramel frappe. Best I’ve ever had from a Starbucks.

Spacious as far as Starbucks goes. I ordered a double espresso that looked like a single, but was told in fact it was a double. Not sure about that, but it was good nonetheless.

I’ve been forced to go to this location before heading to campus due to the location of my morning class, but every morning I’ve walked into this location, without fail they greet me with the nicest “good morning” I’ve ever received followed by a “have a great day”. Every single time. And I’m just picking up my mobile order…I probably should have memorized the name of the barista to throw her props, but yeah. Little things matter. And most likely I’ll just keep going here. It’s slowly become the highlight of my morning. Partially due to my misplaced belief in coffee being my saving grace these days.
