Great drinks! My only concerns are the parking, if the drive thru is busy and you parked here to go inside, I’m going to assume you’re not leaving for awhile. The parking lot is not functional at all. I seen a smaller car struggling to get out of the parking lot.

I like this location because it’s close to my house and the employees are very prompt and friendly. I have nothing but praise for the service. That being said, the drive thru/parking lot is the worst that I’ve ever been through. The lot is about half the size that it should be for the volume of traffic that goes through it at any given day (most times the line is out into the street) and the drive thru itself is especially narrow for anybody in a pickup.

I get a coffee at this location every morning for idk how long… especially the last year because of the order ahead. This morning, for the 5th or 6th time, i order ahead, pull in and my drink is sitting on the counter but doors arent open. I knock, and multiple employees look but no one comes to open the door. I had to stand outside in the cold for close to 8 minutes before finally someone let me in, and then she was rude about it. Like sorry you have to do your job? I dont like my job either somedays. Just completely rude that multiple staff saw i was outside and you can see my drink on the counter and they just didnt wanna open. 6:30 am. Also only one car was in drive through when i first arrived so its not like it was slammed busy. Just frustrating how many times this has happened. Especially because i literally order here daily from the app.

Parking lot isn’t the greatest especially if there’s a long line of cars waiting to order thru drive thru and if your already parked hard to exit needs more improvement for future reference.
