I got a coffee here they were very friendly and the store was clean Coffee tasted good. I got an iced shaken espresso with sweet cream foam for some reason, google puts their location in target. I believe there is one there, too, but I was at the separate Starbucks coffee shop

I went here to pick up a vanilla bean frappe as I was driving home from a road trip with my family and once I came in I was greeted! I told one of the girls working there I had a mobile order and that it was still being made and she was very reassuring and was so kind. She was blonde. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves, wish I could’ve gotten her name 🙁

Staff is always great. Food and drinks are always done well. Mobile orders fail or get lost often enough that it’ll add 30 minutes to your day though. They do give you an occasional free drink for that though. Building is clean and usually a quiet spot to sit.

Staff is always so friendly but often seem short handed resulting in 30 min wait for single drink orders and sticky tables. Staff needs to work on being more firm on how mobile orders are handled. While waiting for my drink, one barista made about 15 mobiles orders that no one seemed to be coming to pick up despite having 10 in-store customers waiting for their drinks. Some customers were waiting even longer than we did. Additionally, multiple orders ahead items were picked up through the drive thru causing confusion and delay for both in-store and drive-thru customers. Not the teams fault; just failure to staff properly.

Ordered through door dash (ordered a total of 4 items) 2 came the right way but the 2 Strawberry Acai Lemonades -I received both came with no ice, no lemonade and no strawberries – they said its how the ticket came up. I told them exactly how I ordered it off of door dash and it was wrong. The only thing I changed when ordering the items was changed the size. They stated there is NOTHING they could do about it. So I have $12 of flavored water. Definitely would never order from here again, and thank you for trying to help me out with my overcharged water.

I pre-ordered two drinks and neither tasted like how they were suppose to. This location goes through so many staff and they complain about every other customer constantly. It was one of my first times trying it and I was extremely disappointed, yet they would not remake mine or my partners drink. We eneded up just throwing then away.
