Starbucks at retail locations can be hit or miss, but this one was good. I felt bad for the single staff member they had working. It was busy and she was trying to help customers while maintaining the place herself. She kept up and I didn’t mind waiting a little longer. The beverage I got was made to perfection. I just hope they can get more staff so they’re not torturing the staff they have.

Wish they had some seating back in this location! But the service is ALWAYS fantastic! So patient with my son when he asks for different “TikTok ” drinks he wants to try. Never rude just great customer service!

Usually good drinks and service but I gotta rant a bit I asked for an earl Grey tea and was promptly told we don’t know how to do that… I almost laughed until I saw they were serious and said the person who knows how to do that is gone. It’s probably the most simple thing you could ever do.

Very poor service. The woman at the till was casually chatting with a customer for five minutes while people were lined up around the corner. Absolutely unacceptable. I would give zero stars if I could. There were two other workers standing behind the counter just watching the cashier chit chat.

Loooooooooooong wait time. I understand the worker shortage. But condense hours or something. You’ll get more people walking out of line because the wait time rather than missing the business. Coffee should be quick, not wait in line for 15 minutes. There goes your lunch break. Not even order ahead option. Sad

The servers are super friendly. The drinks are always quality, and made quickly. I definitely question the management, the superiors come off as extremely degrading as well as tyrannical. When you have quality workers, like you do, show appreciation, and rewards. So many businesses are understaffed, and the people who are working are rude, this place is an exception, and always has a welcoming vibe.

Drinks were good, barista was nice, but the place was FILTHY. Like an inch of dust on the counters in front of the espresso machine, splashes of coffee and fingerprints everywhere. Made me think twice about ordering coffee: if the counters aren’t clean where customers stand to wait, what does it look like behind the counter?
