Cozy atmosphere! Not the biggest but the space is used effectively. A lot of seating and still space to walk freely. I enjoyed the holiday displays as well as the coffee beans for sale. This location doesn’t have a drive thru but a lot of parking around it. Depending on time of day, you’ll have to shuffle through the parking lot. Summer months, this location has a huge outside seating area. Quality food and my drink was perfect. I wouldn’t mind making this my regular routine Starbucks.

While the service is always very friendly which I commend, their processes are a bit chaotic. During morning rush, it doesn’t make sense to have one part of your order ready and then wait 25 min for another part of your order, but then the barista says it’s because you took away the food item so they didn’t call your name. Then don’t put the food item on the counter until you’re ready for someone to pick it up. Additionally, the person calling out names for orders is really quiet and she isn’t consistent in calling out all orders so you have to frequently walk up to check, which crowds this section of the store even more. It might be helpful to have one person pairing orders, while another calls out items (at least for rushes). On top of all of this, the online app is never correct on ETA – nor do they update the tracker. So it’s kind of pointless to order ahead.

This location is my favorite Starbucks around! My drink is always waiting for me and made correctly. The manager is super personable and all the workers are as well. Love the patio outside to sit and enjoy the weather.

Going to find a new Starbucks to go to or make my coffee at home. I stop at this one because it’s on my way to work but I’ve had my coffee made wrong numerous times and when I did address it to a man that works there he got an attitude and was throwing the ice in the sink. I pay for extras and I don’t even think my coffee is made correctly. Won’t be going there anymore. Some staff are friendly, others not so much.

I typically hit this Starbucks up a few times a week around 0730-0800. It’s crazy busy. The ‘pile’ of drinks at the pick-up counter is ridiculous. I’m not keen on the fact that several people have likely handled my cup before I get to pick it up just from the sheer number of cups/food there! You have to move them around most of the time to find yours.

Starbucks needs to reduce some of their stores and pay their workers more money so they’re happy at what they do you can tell who’s happy and who’s not. And I’m not going to pay 7 to $8 for a large coffee anymore. Starbucks and Caribou is overrated I’m going to frequent my local cafe and keep small business in my area alive and well.
