If you like having stomach problems this is a good place to start. The manager shawn was exceptionally rude and left the restroom door open when the restroom was not clean. Climate control was horrible I was so cold. The same selection of coffee and close to target centre and other shops on skywalk. Lots of seating in the morning.

Good typical Starbucks fare. Staff was very quick and efficient with smiles and lots of suggestions. I stopped here to grab a quick cuppa coffee and thankfully it was a quick in and out. I love it when I can go to Starbucks and be in and out in three or four minutes. This location must have a good manager because everything ran smooth.

I am very pleasantly surprised at the high level of customer service, despite being a very busy location. They know me by name and they always have a smile. My go to drink here is the Nitro Cold Brew with a little bit of sweet cream. Shout out to Sean and Eric for being great managers. They have a great attitude and make my daily (sometimes more than daily) coffee habit one of the best parts of my day

I became a quasi-regular here over the past year – which is saying a lot because I am not a Starbucks person in the least. There are some very bright & lovely people who work here, but I think this morning was the last time I’ll ever go in as there is one woman who works there who is inexplicably nasty to me every time I am in the store. I don’t know her at all outside of this interaction, and it just sets my day off in the worst way.

Much improved since I started coming her 2 -1/2 years ago. Finally they are getting the on-line orders ready in a timely fashion. Accuracy is always on point. Staff is friendly and helpful. One less star because the napkin/milk/sugar area is always a mess. Always. Frequently the napkin dispensors are empty, spilled coffee/milk/sugar on the counter, etc. Otherwise, great location I go to EVERY weekday!
