Got a Caramel Ribbon Crunch frappe, and thought it was really cool they put extra caramel and whipped cream at the bottom of the cup (see picture). Only downside was that it was quite icy and wasnt blended too well. A little bit annoying, but what can ya do. Good spot overall. Quick service, friendly staff.

Kevin the manager is very rude. He shouldn’t even be a manager. He’s very rude and cussed at me. This is very not professional I will not come to this Starbucks unless he gets fired! I will be taking this up. He wouldn’t remake my drink when they made wrong in the first place. What a way to test people.

Just dealt with a huge line wrapped around the building of like 10 cars. Numerous people in drive thru had to go inside because they either didn’t get their order or it was wrong. Went inside and got two items and waited about 20 minutes.

This is probably my favorite starbucks I’ve visited. There is ample of space for seating and studying. The decor is super modern, warm, and cute. The staff is very friendly and their service was quick. There are plenty of windows and natural light coming into the space. Parking was very convenient in their parking lot. I will definitely be back to this location.

I’m a big fan of starbucks but this is getting ridiculous- I am sick of Starbucks prioritizing drive through orders – if I place my order 20 min ago, the drink should be made in the order it was received- NOT when they’re finished with their drive through orders! I know they are graded on drive thru times, but maybe the standard should be all orders out within a reasonable time

My drink wasn’t ready because the machine wasn’t printing Mobile order tickets. They had the order and was going to make it right away. Waited 10 more minutes asked where it was. They are so sorry she’s making it right now. 10 more minutes and “someone must have took it”. It was never made. Left without my paid order.
