My understanding is this is the new NYC store design. This is in Lakeville. The outdoor seating is gone so it looks abandoned. For all of us older folks wanting to stop in, it looks closed but if you pull on the door, they are indeed open. There is no menu, no seating and no bathroom. This minimalist nonsense has gone too far, good luck. My money and I won’t be back.

Location is cozy and neat. Although not a lot of seating, you can be amongst the community with the big tables available. They make the seating work and the staff are accommodating. The local community loves this location. They have pioneered programs (I’ve never seen such in any other location) That’s amazing and upright in itself. I’m coming back

This Starbucks’ motto should be: We don’t want your business if you don’t know what you want when you walk in the door. Preferably, you order online. The location wasn’t clean (it was so spartan, it seemed as if they had just moved in or were moving out), the music was deafening (couldn’t hear the staff speak and I’m not hard of hearing)—it was a strange and unsatisfactory experience. When I told the barista that the music was too loud to hear her speak, most of the staff stopped working and stared at me like I had three heads. I drive through the Twin Cities on my way south quite a bit; this location is off my intinerary.

The food and frap I got were both good but the service is awful. The baristas seemed to care more about chatting with each other than helping customers. Also there is no menu and nowhere to sit. Never again!

They were busy and the computer glitched out, but they were extremely professional when 2 women ahead of me were ripping into them (it glitched as they were ordering or something). They promptly made our drinks and gave it with a smile, even while they were undeniably stressed. I would go again

Went to drive thru without service. There was no sign on order screen that Starbucks was closed. Also 3 staff ignored us at window and had made eye contact. Extremely poor for a Starbucks!! Hope management does customer service training with staff and gets a sign up on drive through! There was a super unprofessional sign on front door as we drove around. Why are you paying 3 people to work!

Not the first time Starbucks does this. Be sure to check your drink before go. This is size grande and I get less and no whipped cream and toppings.
