Is it normal to get iced drinks as slushies now? I got a feeling either this starbucks is cutting corners and just adding a bunch of ice and blending it to make it seem like a lot or the people are not trained. My mocha frap SHOULD not be blended like a slushie from 711. 5 minutes into the car ride and I can literally see the cup being 70% ice, 30% coffee. Yikes won’t come again.

Convenient location, friendly staff and inviting interior. There is a cute outdoor seating area with cafe lights, lounge chairs, umbrellas and tables, but bring your noise cancelling headphones because it is noisy due to the highway noise.

Staff at the window is always friendly, but we go here every day and ask for a drink with an extra shot and they almost never put in the extra shot. Today my husband asked if they put one in and they said yes, but it clearly did not have one because the color is very obviously different (as is the taste). Upset that we’ve been paying extra and the barista won’t even admit or fix it. It’s not a complicated order but it costs extra. We stop every day because of convenience but the inconsistency is frustrating. Please make the order we paid for :/

I stopped two different times a few minutes before 5:30am . I was ignored and once someone turned off the sign . I tried for a third time after work just yesterday and the lady just ignored me also. Didn’t even say hello. I know how starbursts is in Fond du Lac wi . They were great. But I live just down the road from the one on Rose St. I will not come back.

Did not enjoy my experience. When I walked in no one greeted or acknowledged me. Another older woman walks in and they greeted her while I’m in line waiting to be served! I’ve worked at Starbucks before and I know how biased the employees can be towards certain customers that walk thru the door!!! Would not waste my money here again!!! DO BETTER it’s 2023!!!

Was told 2 pieces of dried dragon fruit was “Standard” in a Venti dragon fruit lemonade refresher. The dragon drink also tasted extremely sweet for a lemonade version. Cold brew looked/ tasted like a sad second to McDonalds latte. The only thing that was right was the java chip fraps. I will never return to this location again.

This was my first time visiting this new location. I asked for a coffee with cream and a pump of caramel. They gave me a black coffee… Very disappointed that I wasted my money. I am a fan of Starbucks but, they couldn’t even get the basics right. I’d go to a different location.

Ordered drinks at 11:00 am, they were suppose to be done at 11:09 am, but it was a Saturday so I assumed it would take a little longer. Didn’t receive the drinks until 11:39 am. I don’t really find that acceptable to wait that long while everyone else’s orders were served.
