I asked about the Pink Drink since I’ve only been to Starbucks a handful of times in my life. They gave me a small free trial of it, and it honestly was a lot better than I thought. I was having a genuinely terrible day before, but this interaction made my day so much better. Everyone here was so nice and friendly. Thank you guys so much.

Is this even a Starbucks? Ordered a grande black English breakfast tea, they rung it up as such, received a tea latte. This is an order I make probably 4-5 times a week. Told them the drink wasn’t right, all I wanted was 2 tea bags in a grande cup. She told me they can’t make plain hot tea. Huuuuuuhhh? If you can’t do that, I’m not even sure you rate as a Starbucks.

Rude, lazy staff. After waiting a bit for a simple coffee, I simply asked for some of my coffee to be dumped out so that I add cream. I was told that I should have asked ahead of time for cream. Last time I checked, that was a the server’s job!! Also, in other Starbucks in other parts of the country, the cream and milk stations are back out so the public can help themselves.

I got rude service in the drive thur asked for something very specific was told that she was just gonna do this drink instead and when I put in my extras was asked do I really want that I’ve had this drink before and the one I got from this Starbucks taste nothing like it more like water and I paid for a venti and only filled the cup mid way so not worth 8 dollars

The drive thru is always very efficient at this location. The pumpkin creme cold brew and other coffee drinks are always made perfect. Even when it’s busy the staff always seem to work well and get the orders taken care of without rushing.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED OUR MOST RECIENT EXPERIENCE!!! My friend and I went through the drive thru and were greeted by such a amazing personality at the order screen. She totally hyped us up about our orders and went above and beyond to find out food options for both me and my friend! It was made even better on arriving at the window and we were greeted so warmly by the attendant who was so bubbly and happy and gave us pointers on our thrifting plans for the day! Everyone at the window gave us compliments and made the whole experience so much more enjoyable! Amazing team!! Making this store our go to every time!

I am from out of town and the coffee at the hotel is not my favorite. So, I stopped this morning to get a coffee. I use my keurig to make coffee at home every morning so I had no idea what to order. The young ladies working were so friendly and helped me order something based off what I like. I love it! Thanks ladies. If I am ever back in the area I know where to go to get a delicious cup of coffee and excellent customer service.
