Like all Starbucks expressive. Something I don’t think that is at all Starbucks is the employees close the tile a lot early than they are supposed too. So if your planning to go later don’t expect to use your credit card. My drink was delicious, if your going to Starbucks and you don’t know what to get I recommend the strawberry lemonade refresher. It’s not the correct name but if you ask for that they will give it to you. I also got a birthday cake pop, and the person I went with got a chocolate mocha.

This Starbucks may not always brew the perfect cup, but as a fresh addition to the area, it was a bit hastily judged. With a new team still steeping in their roles, my visits, about 2-3 times a month, have always been met with a grin and enthusiastic baristas. The place is usually spot-on, and if I had to pick a Starbucks in Fox Valley, this one would get my latte love! Thanks for the brew-tiful experiences over the past few months! It’s been a refreshing blend!

This place needs some serious help in leadership. Went here to get 2 NITRO cold brews, with sweet cream foam only. They read back to me what I asked for and I said “yes and I only want sweet cream FOAM, that’s it.” I get to the window and get 2 cold brews with sweet cream foam and creamer… understandable, no one is perfect. I inform them that this isn’t what I ordered so they go back to fix it.. this time, I get a nitro cold brew with sweet cream AND CREAMER! I tell her it’s wrong again.. but screw it because I had places to be. She then proceeds to spill it down the side of my car and by my window.. I can’t bring myself to go there anymore. Nemours times they’ve gotten my order wrong or my girlfriends. It’s unfortunate because I’m sure alot of people in the surround areas where excited to have a Starbucks here.

I consistently have issues with this Starbucks, it’s actually insane. I’ve never had so many issues with a Starbucks except for this one. I go out of my way to drive to a further Starbucks because this one is unreliable. They’re constantly out of popular ingredients that other locations don’t run out of. The manager – not sure if she’s still there – straight up argued with me after I had waited over 30 minutes for a pick up order. Starbucks always has good customer service but hers was nonexistent. My husband has gone in there and heard her gossiping about the other employees, right out in the open. And 50%+ of the time my drink is made wrong. Just now I got an iced coffee with milk that is nearly pure white. I added my own coffee after paying nearly $6-7 for theirs and it’s still SO milky. I hate this Starbucks. Don’t even waste your time or money, go to a different location. This one does not live up to Starbucks typical standards with customer service or drink experience.

We just left this Starbucks. It’s a Sunday afternoon, and the drive through was busy. So my husband and I decided to go inside. We ordered 2 drinks and it took 25 min. With 6 people inside. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal, but it’s literally like this every single time I come!! I’m not sure why they built this in a small town, on a busy road if they weren’t going to hire fast and experienced people. This is by far the slowest most frustrating Starbucks around!! Don’t come here unless you have time to wait.

This store is still a new and learning but I had an excellent experience this morning. The team members were great, the store was clean and the wait was normal. They did make a mistake with my coffee but when I brought it back in, the woman working was awesome about it and took the time to teach her team how to make it and did it with such a positive attitude (it was a new menu item)

I normally order the mango dragonfruit lemonade. Today I was was given water and ice with purple food coloring (again) . For $5. And this happens frequently at this location in particular. What the actual f?? The entire staff in Little Chute WI needs to be retrained or fired.

So I ordered a caffe vanilla frappaccino first they give me the one that has absolutely no coffee then I tell them that I want the one with coffee so they remake it and it looks and taste the exact same with no coffee so I bring it back again and after the girl gives a lot of attitude that it is made right when it clearly isn’t she finally remakes it and this time it is somewhat better still not fully correct amount of coffee but I just took it and decided I just won’t go back. Clearly they weren’t trained correctly or very well. Very disappointed with the drinks and the service of the one girl arguing with me but the rest of the staff seemed friendly. I would recommend not going to this Starbucks especially if you want coffee in your frappaccino.
